After your consultation with Coach Max, you will then be linked up with the coach, or coaches, that best suit your goals and diary. If you are looking to work with a specific coach, please let us know in your consultation and we will try our best to accommodate this request.

Hey! I'm Max, the Max from to the max!

 

With an aim to positively impact as many lives as possible, I set out to create the most optimal personal training experience possible, and 10 years later here we are!

Using valuable knowledge picked up from my great interests in nutrition, behaviour change, and personal training, I've perfected the PT experience. you'll have everything needed in place to ensure optimal results.

With education, guidance and the right programme, I believe anything is possible.

Fitness and wellbeing have always been great passions of mine, over the years I have acquired a great set of customer service skills. I bring my enthusiasm and positive energy to the gym and all my clients.

As your personal trainer at TTMF I will be working closely on your fitness journey and helping you achieve your goals, working alongside an elite team of personal trainers in a controlled environment there is no maybe, you will get the results you want.

I ensure a quality service in 1 - 1 by making sessions enjoyable, where you can learn and transform through your time with me at TTMF.

I joined TTMF after several years of working at a healthcare communications company in both copywriting and account management roles. I bring a wealth of knowledge relating to exercise and fitness having been a keen gym-goer and runner for a number of years. Having graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in the life sciences, I always endeavoure to apply a methodical and scientific approach to exercise, nutrition and weight loss. Following the structure, systems and principles of TTMF, results will be inevitable. I look forward to seeing you at the gym!

As your coach, my goal is to help you become the healthiest, happiest and strongest version of you, whatever that might look like.

 

Having recently become a busy mum of two, I understand how life can throw hurdles in the way of achieving fitness goals, and i've become pretty good at negotiating those barriers. As a keen fell-runner who also loves to lift heavy metal, i've found that discipline along with a dose of good humour is the best way to approach things.

 

Following the TTMF process combined with my own personal approach, I will enable you to feel empowered by what your body is capable of and most importantly, make sure you enjoy your personal fitness journey. I am proud to be working alongside such an incredibly knowledgable team and I look forward to seeing you achive your results!
