OUR tools FOR YOUR SUCCESS

1-3, 60-minute sessions per week

One on one time with your personal coach each week in the private gym. Together we will train towards your goals with physical work and education. 

Starter pack & fitness essentials 

Once your training begins you will be given your welcome pack which contains everything you need for your time at To The Max Fitness. YOU ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO OUR RANGE OF SUPPLEMENTS.

Access to local discounts

We have teamed up with loads of local businesses to provide TTMF members access to a range of discounts.

Experience and results based coaching

With OVER 10 years of experience in the industry, our team of coaches and are fully qualified to guide & MOTIVATE you through your transformation, inside and outside of the gym. You'll always have someone in your corner. 

Studio and graduate gym.

Train in our state of the art studio or upstairs graduate gym. Both are equipped with top of the range equipment and machinery. You'll ALSO have open gym access twice a week to train freely AS PART OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Use of new shower & changing facilities 

Our studio is constantly improving so as part of your membership you will also have access to our outdoor training area, our training studio, graduate gym and shower and changing facilities.

Nutrition & health guidance 

A huge part of your development is around nutrition. We HAVE IN-HOUSE MNU SPECIALISTS and HAVE BUILT OUR GUIDANCE FROM THEIR PRESTIGIOUS TEACHINGS. YOU'LL LEARN EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW.

Fully tailored training & recovery programme

A bespoke programme created entirely around you and your goals on our own app. This will be frequently updated so we can track your progress and feedback appropriately.

ACCESS TO THE TTMF APP

Education is key to improving your health and fitness so we provide all the learning resources you need THROUGH OUR VERY OWN APP. you'll ALSO find YOUR WORKOUT PLAN here, AND  it has MFP INTEGRATION for EASY TRACKing of INTAKE AND PROGRESS.

FAQS

How do I start my 12 week transformation?

All you need to do is get in touch. We will talk through all your requirements and goals before getting you into the studio to find out more about our process.

What happens when I complete the 12 weeks?

Once you have completed your 12 weeks, you will have the option to continue working with us on other goals, or progress onto our new ‘Graduate’ or ‘Legacy’ memberships, entitling you to unlimited use of the open gym and further coaching. Just ask for more details.

Do I need to match a criteria to get a place?

We accept all types of clients no matter what your age or ability. We can also work with clients with long-term injuries or disabilities.
