One on one time with your personal coach each week in the private gym. Together we will train towards your goals with physical work and education.

A bespoke programme created entirely around you and your goals. This will be frequently updated so we can track your progress and feed back appropriately.
Use of private gym twice per week
A huge part of your development is around nutrition. We are highly trained in this area and will teach you everything you need to know.

Free online learning resources

Once your training begins you will be given your welcome pack which contains everything you need for your time at To The Max Fitness.
